Immigration Team @ McMillan&Co. - Level 4 Lockdown Updates

We have been advised that Immigration New Zealand (INZ) offices are currently closed and most INZ staff are now working remotely. Visa applications and border exception requests will continue to be processed during alert level 4, but the focus will be on progressing online applications as the current COVID-19 restrictions impacts INZ’s ability to process paper applications.  

INZ has advised that they will take a pragmatic approach to requests for further information, taking into account the difficulties some applicants may have in responding or providing additional information.
