An evening of Clients and Couture

On 10 April 2025, McMillan&Co had the pleasure of hosting a special client evening at Toitū Otago Settlers Museum; a night to say thank you to the clients and colleagues who make our work so rewarding, and to enjoy the remarkable Eden in Dunedin exhibition, displaying the New Zealand couture collection of Central Otago farmer, Eden Hore.

Set in the beautiful Toitū Museum, Eden in Dunedin was launched to coincide with iD Dunedin fashion week, of which McMillan&Co is a proud sponsor. The evening brought together clients, friends, and our wider professional community to connect over wine and canapés, and to take in Eden’s gorgeous collection, evoking many happy memories of evenings spent watching Miss NZ and The Benson and Hedges Fashion Awards on TV in years gone by.

The Eden in Dunedin exhibition felt like a perfect fit for this occasion; a tribute to place, belonging, and identity, themes that resonate deeply with our work as private practice lawyers. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us. It was a privilege to acknowledge our clients and colleagues in such a special setting.
