Women's Refuge - Auction Evening

On 27 July 2018 the team from McMillan&Co. attended the Annual Women’s Refuge Auction Night at the Savoy.

Because one of our areas of specialty is family law, the women's refuge cause is one that is dear to our hearts, and we were delighted to have played a part in helping Refuge raise $17,100 on the night.

As an added and unexpected bonus, Val made her debut TV appearance (albeit masquerading as Hilary Barry…) and was flirted with by Winston Peters on live TV. It will be a while before she lives that one down…
